SMART Women's Wellness believes in attainable goals. Accurate goal-setting, therefore, is the cornerstone of our program. Prior to starting your fitness sessions, you will have a personal goal setting session with your coach and learn the five steps to SMART goal-setting and the five keys to achieving your goals. This strategy will help you maximize your time and effort in your fitness sessions with your coach and in your personal wellness routines.
SMART Personal Coaching
With personal coaching, you will have an individual fitness and health assessment and SMART goal-setting. Workouts will be held in your home or at a local park, weather permitting. No equipment or prior experience is necessary – all you need is your personal commitment and a good pair of sneakers. Call us today to set up your personal appointment and fitness assessment.
SMART Sport Training Refund Policy
Each season brings opportunities for sports involvement and we can help get you ready. We have training programs specific to tennis, squash, soccer, ultimate Frisbee, and volleyball as well as skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, and other outdoor activities.
SMART Packages
Packages are perfect for those who would like to see ongoing results. Typically, clients who exercise 2 to 3 times per week will experience 15%–20% gains in cardiovascular capacity, strength, and weight loss over the course of 6 weeks to 2 months. Results are directly proportional to the intensity and frequency of workouts.
Packages range from 8 to16 sessions.
